💼 Services – Lock It In, No Take-Backs
When you book us for creative services—like branding, design, strategy, or content creation—you’re locking in our time, energy, and magic. That means deposits are non-refundable, and once we start cookin’, there are no refunds.
BUT—we got you. If the vision feels a little off, we’ll offer up to [X] rounds of revisions (based on your project scope) to make sure it hits just right.
🛒 Shop Stuff – Let’s Be Fair
Bought something from the Shop Page? We want you to love it. If your item arrives damaged, wrong, or not up to standard, hit us up within 7 days and we’ll sort it out.

If you cancel a project mid-way, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund. If we (rarely) have to cancel on our end, we’ll either reschedule or offer a fair partial refund based on what’s been done.
